T & C

Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for the 7 Figure Agency Owner Mastermind held in Sydney, New South Wales. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies or notices provided by the organisers.

2. Non Refundable Tickets

All tickets are strictly non refundable. This includes Early Bird and General Admission tickets.
A change of mind, change in personal circumstances, travel issues, illness, work commitments, or any other reason will not qualify for a refund. This condition applies in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, noting that this event is a professional development experience and not a product offering a refund for change of mind.

3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Ticket transfers must be requested in writing no later than 48 hours before the event start time. You must provide the full name and contact details of the replacement attendee. Transfers submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue layout, seating configuration, and any related event elements at any time.
These changes may occur due to operational requirements, speaker availability, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside the control of the organisers.
Where practicable, updates will be communicated to attendees via email.

5. Attendance Numbers

Attendance numbers are not fixed to a strict cap. While the organisers aim to maintain a high quality, close group environment, final seat numbers may increase or decrease based on demand, venue capacity, safety requirements, and operational considerations.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that seat counts may vary and that no guarantee is made of a specific group size.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement date or alternative event credit may be offered. No cash refunds will be provided unless required by law. If postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date.
If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee in line with Section 3 above.

7. Conduct and Participation

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, professional manner throughout the event. The organisers may remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the event or affects the safety or experience of others. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the event, including slides, documents, training material, audio, and video, remains the property of the organisers and speakers. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share this material without written consent.
Recording or live streaming of sessions is not permitted unless approved in writing before the event.

9. Media and Recording Consent

By attending, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording during the event. The organisers may use this material for marketing, training, or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in published media, you must notify the organisers in writing before the event, though exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted under NSW law, the organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your attendance. This includes, without limitation, travel delays, accommodation costs, lost income, personal injury, or business outcomes.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and stored for the purpose of managing your attendance. Your details may be used to send event updates or future event notices. Information will not be shared with external third parties except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your attendance at the event will be handled exclusively in the courts of NSW.
